This expo is a great opportunity for those in the carwash industry to see the latest equipment, supplies, and services and stay at the forefront of the industry with world-class speakers and educational offerings. The expo will feature an approximately 100,000 square foot floor with booths displaying the latest in carwash, lube, and detailing equipment, supplies, and services. Some special features include Premier Education Sessions, Quick Talks, and the Car Wash Academy which will all leave you with solid takeaways for your business. Plus, you'll experience the unparalleled hospitality and networking that keep this event growing yearly.
Western Petroleum Marketers Association's WPMAEXPO
Dates: 2/21/23-2/23/23
Location: The Mirage Hotel, Las Vegas, NV
PetroCal hopes to exhibit next year since the dates overlap with the SCWA Convention & Expo.
The WPMAEXPO is a great event to network with others in the petroleum industry. Many attendees and exhibitors are repeat participants each year and have been involved for decades, forming long-standing relationships. Educational sessions touch on a wide range of topics such as legislature, human resources, and cybersecurity.
We wish we could be there but the dates conflict with the SCWA Convention & Expo this year! Hope to see you next year!
International Carwash Association's (ICA)
The Car Wash Show

Location: Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV
PetroCal will showcase its services at Booth #1828.
The International Carwash Association (ICA) will be hosting The Car Wash Show 2023 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The show is designed for carwash operators and provides them with the latest information and products to help them succeed in the carwash industry. The event will host over 8,000 attendees from leading companies, with over 400 exhibitors displaying hundreds of never-before-seen products. The show will also feature 60+ hours of educational content and 170,000+ square feet of products and technologies. Visitors can check out the CAR WASH Magazine Live Studio for content throughout the three days of the show, including interviews and Q&A’s with industry leaders and experts.
The California Fuels + Convenience Alliance's Pacific Fuels and Convenience Summit (PFCS)

Location: Hotel del Coronado, San Diego, CA

The California Fuels + Convenience Alliance will host the Pacific Fuels and Convenience Summit (PFCS) in San Diego, CA. The PFCS aims to offer a comprehensive and engaging experience for fuel marketers and gas station or c-store operators by providing networking opportunities, learning from industry experts, and discovering new products and services. Attendees will have the chance to connect with their peers, attend exclusive educational sessions led by business professionals who understand their challenges, and meet with vendors offering solutions to help them excel in their field.
National Association of Convenience Stores'
NACS Show

The National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show takes place in Atlanta, Georgia. The conference portion of the show runs from October 3-6, while the expo floor is open to attendees from October 4-6. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore new products, meet with industry professionals, and attend sessions on topics related to c-store retail. The NACS Show is an excellent chance for those in the c-store industry to stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations. Additionally, the trade show offers opportunities for attendees to network and learn from real-world industry insiders and experts.
Northeast Regional Carwash Convention (NRCC)
Dates: 10/2/23 - 10/4/23
Location: Atlantic City, NJ
PetroCal hopes to exhibit next year since the dates overlap with the NACS Show.
The Northeast Regional Carwash Convention (NRCC) began in 1988 when carwash operators from Connecticut met and invited several other East Coast carwash associations to attend as well. NRCC was especially beneficial for the Northeast carwash operators who couldn’t make it to the national show. Plus, managers and staff could also attend and learn about equipment and exchange ideas.
The floor space is roughly 60,000 square feet with +350 exhibit booths, ranging from 500 to 1,847 attendees over the years. We wish we could be there but the dates conflict with the NACS Show this year! Hope to see you next year!
